Arabianix reserves the right to correct errors or update product information when necessary.

3. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, delivery address, and other required details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, incorrect information, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.

4. Payment

Arabianix offers Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other payment methods displayed during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers agree to pay the full order amount to the delivery representative when the order is delivered.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and an active contact number.

6. Returns and Replacements

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible, the product should be unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

We accept returns for products that are incorrect, damaged, broken, defective, or materially different from the product ordered. In these cases we arrange the return at our cost and provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

We also accept returns where you have simply changed your mind, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Where a return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Certain items cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. These are listed in our Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at orders.arabianix@gmail.com.

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, customers are strongly encouraged to record a clear unboxing video showing the package and product from the beginning of opening the parcel. This may be requested as supporting evidence when reviewing a claim.

If the issue is verified, Arabianix may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders.arabianix@gmail.com.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

9. Prices and Promotions

Product prices, discounts, promotional codes, and special offers may change at any time.

Promotions may have additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.
