Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. Arabianix delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free and orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with courier operations, public holidays, weather and order volume.

How can I pay for my order?

Arabianix currently offers Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. You pay the delivery driver in cash when your order arrives. Any other payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with its original packaging and accessories. For change-of-mind returns the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel. Where the issue is verified we arrange the return at our cost and provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect: personal grooming and hair-removal devices, oral care products, skincare devices that make contact with the skin, cosmetics, oils and liquids, and any item whose seal has been broken.

How is a refund issued on a cash on delivery order?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we tell you whether the refund is approved. Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued by bank transfer or another method agreed with you.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched to the courier.
